Well, this is just in case you wonder about the differences between 'usual' giveaways and mine.
I have participated in several giveaways myself, and seen so many more - and I have noticed that the majority demands WATCH, LLAMA, FAVE, COMMENT, JOURNAL from the participants;
Sometimes a combination of these, but often all of them. I don't do this. And frankly, it bothers me when others do it (which is why I don't join a big amount of the giveaways available)

Here are my rules and the reasons behind them:
:bulletblack: You HAVE to fave the giveaway journal in order to participate
- and the only reason for that is because I need to know who is participating, obviously.
I could have asked for comments instead, but the reasons why I choose faves over comments are;
1) it's easier for me to keep track of everyone, as you automatically will be given a number, which I use when drawing the winners. It would be a hassle to give you them manually.
2) it's easier for you too - it only takes you a click to enter vs having to type a comment; you can keep track of the giveaway by looking in your fave-collection; once the giveaway is over, you can just unfave and move on.

When participating in my giveaways, you do not have to:
:bulletred: Watch me
- I don't want watchers who watch me only because they want points.
It's fine if you do it to be notified about future giveaways, but I primarily only want watchers because they like my art and/or are friends with me.
For me, asking for watches is a sign of insecurity towards your own art, and that you care more about popularity.
:bulletred: Create a journal
- obviously, it's a good way to get the giveaway promoted, and I don't mind if you decide to do it.
But I won't ask anyone to do it, because I hate doing it myself, and I wouldn't demand others to do what I won't do.
:bulletred: Give me a llama
- I love llamas! And I love giving them!
But they are completely optional. As simple as that.
:bulletred: Fave any of my works
- Don't! Only fave my works if you actually like them.
I dislike people who asks for this; they are plainly just pimping their own works away, to gain fake popularity rather than having people fave because they like the works.
:bulletred: You don't even have to comment
- and this one leads back to the reason why I let you fave rather than comment.
Not that I mind getting comments, I rather like it and appreciate that you show gratitude.

Finding winners happen through an online random number generator, using the number you have on the fave list once the giveaway has been closed.
I do this to ensure that the draw will be completely unbiased (you can sweet-talk me all you want, it won't have any effect) and so everyone gets as equal and fair chance as possible.
Which also means I won't listen to any complaints that may come. I give the points to the winners immediately, so it's no use to throw a tantrum anyway.

I hope that clears things up a bit~ I'm a rather lazy person, so I want to make it easy for us all. I'm not asking anything in return, I just like doing these small things from time to time, and it's not to gain popularity. Of course, giveaways do help me get pageviews and expose my works to more people, but hey - I use actual money for this, and I don't even want you bother about my gallery if you don't want to. Yes, I'm that kind of person :aww:

And no, I'm not pointing fingers at anyone - everyone has their way of doing things, and I have mine and my reasons. Fx. I get why some giveaway hosts only let their current watchers participate, as a way to show gratitude for the support. I doubt I'll do it, at least any time soon, but I do get it.
